Founder & CEO → Innovation Director

I built, funded, and scaled technology in the hardest industry to digitize. Now I want to do it inside your company.

Eight years building technology companies from scratch in Mexico’s agri-food sector: no playbook, no boss, and my own capital on the line. Today my company runs without me in the day-to-day — and I’m after my next challenge: leading innovation projects and platforms inside a large organization.

Capabilities

I did every job before leading it

Being a founder forced me to master every function before I could delegate it. That gave me something no MBA teaches: I know exactly how every director at the table thinks, because I’ve done their job with my own hands.

Eight years as the person ultimately accountable for revenue, costs, taxes, cash flow, and profitability. I can read a financial statement because I’ve lived the consequences of every line.

I personally built the new version of two PWAs and an admin panel using AI — without a programming background. I understand LLMs and agents not as a trend, but as tools I already use to ship real product.

I raised capital from private investors. I know how to build financial projections, defend a plan in front of skeptical people, and report results with transparency — the same skill required to report to a CEO or a board.

I recruited, hired, and led all 15 people on my team: developers, designers, marketers, admin, and accounting. I know what separates a team that executes from one that makes excuses.

I built an organic community of 185K+ people and a content agency that billed $700K USD with corporate clients. I understand digital marketing and persuasion because I’ve made a living from them.

I sold $500K USD in agricultural inputs in 18 months: pricing, suppliers, logistics, and working capital. Not marketplace theory — real commerce.

The decision

Why I now want to build inside a great company

Because I’ve already proven I can build alone. What I haven’t done — and want to do — is build alongside others: inside a large team, with real resources, learning from people who have operated at scales I haven’t touched. I want to own clear KPIs on businesses that already have traction, where the challenge isn’t survival but innovation and growth.

A founder learns to do a lot with very little. Now imagine that, with your company’s resources.

And I’m not coming in to improvise: I arrive with the humility of someone who knows that operating inside an organization is a different skill — and the advantage of someone who understands the whole business, not just their silo.

Beyond the pitch

The work, family, and travels that shape me

I’m 35 and live in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. I’ve been married since 2023 to Adriana, a Principal Product Designer at a multinational company — at home, product design is our everyday dinner-table conversation. Napo and Beni complete the team. This is the work, the family, and the travels that make me who I am.

Next step

I already built the hard part. Let’s talk about what’s next.

If your company needs someone who understands the whole business — product, capital, teams, and results — and who has proven himself in the most demanding arena, the conversation is worth 30 minutes.
